The Air Jordan 13 ��Court Purple�� is a January 2022 release of the retro basketball shoe in a colorway that shows love to the team uniform colors of the Los Angeles Lakers. The ��Court Purple�� edition of Michael Jordan��s thirteenth signature shoe is yet another popular colorway that pays respects to the Lakers��the first being the aptly named ��Lakers�� makeup that was released in July 2019. Sans any official Lakers branding, the ��Court Purple�� nonetheless features the Lakers�� color palette on its design. The ��Court Purple�� mimics the color block of the Jordan 13��s original ��Bred�� colorway by substituting the red accenting for purple along the heel and mudguard. The black mesh upper is treated to a 3M reflective finish. A holographic emblem denoting Jordan��s ��Black Cat�� nickname, meant to resemble a panther��s eye, can be found on the heel. A Court Purple embroidered Jumpman is found on the tongue and white ��Jordan�� detailing appears on the vamp. Black midsole walls complete the look. Release date: January 8, 2022
